Our Business Analysts are exceptional individuals that think outside of the box. They typically possess a minimum of 7-10 years' experience and are capable of defining requirements, outlining business rules, leading Requirements Facilitation sessions, and writing use cases, Data Flow Diagrams, and workflow diagrams using structured methodologies. They typically have come up through the ranks on the technical side, but exhibit and demonstrate a solid understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience.

Each Business Analyst has all of the skills listed above with the added ability to recognize gaps and trends within industry segments and has the ability to visualize the impact the solution across an organization. Each Business Analyst demonstrates advanced interpersonal and communication skills which are necessary due to heavy client interaction, business development support, and presentation development.
